Presbyterian Santa Fe Medical Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join the Emergency Team

 

The Emergency Nurse Manager will be responsible for the staff and resources of our ED, and will assist with the development and monitoring of the quality and standards pertaining to the department.

 

Nurse managers are responsible for managing staff and financial resources; ensuring patient and empoyee satisfaction; maintaining a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors; ensuring standards and quality of care are maintained; and aligning the unit's goals with the hospital's strategic goals.

 

Qualifications

  • BLS Required at Time of Hire

Registered Nurse - State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License required.

 

Education: Associate Degree in Nursing

 

Experience: Previous Nurse leadership experience in the ED is preferred
