The Surgical Technologist (Scrub Tech) provides assistance and support to surgeons by preparing and providing instruments and equipment during surgical procedures in the operating room. Surg Techs work under the supervision of the surgeon and facilitate a safe, effective and orderly operating room to maximize patient safety.
Presbyterian Rust Medical Center has 10 operating rooms, offering a wide range of surgical procedures including general, orthopedic, bariatric, gynecology, urology and ear nose and throat.
