Presbyterian is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for Home Health. This role involves serving as a dynamic partner to the Department RN Manager, responsible for directing and supporting both the clinical and operational functions of designated patient care units. By maintaining a consistent hands-on presence, the position ensures that nursing staff are guided and empowered to deliver safe, high-quality, evidence-based care aligned with institutional and professional standards. Beyond clinical duties, the role actively engages in shaping budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and monitoring key performance metrics that drive strategic outcomes and efficient care delivery.
Equally important is the role’s influence over personnel development and team culture. This includes contributing to hiring decisions, training initiatives, and performance evaluations, all while fostering a collaborative, positive work environment. Staff concerns are addressed with empathy and leadership insight, supporting morale and promoting a culture of growth. The position also involves driving strategic contributions by participating in long-term planning, enhancing care models, and utilizing data to inform patient-centered decision-making. Every element of the role is geared toward delivering excellence in patient outcomes while advancing department and organizational goals.
