This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.)
research and identify grant funding opportunities, develop persuasive proposals, and ensure alignment with funder requirements
lead and oversee the implementation and long-term sustainability of community health initiatives as outlined in grant agreements
support the integration and utilization of grant funds in accordance with program goals and documentation
strengthen organizational capacity through innovation, development of best practices, and effective knowledge sharing
create a health equity and engagement toolbox with standardized guides, manuals, exercises, and resources to support project success
prepare program reports that meet grant terms, regulatory standards, and reporting deadlines
engage and collaborate with internal teams, government agencies, and community organizations to advance program objectives
represent the organization on community councils and boards to foster partnerships and advocacy
monitor grant budgets, manage expenditures, and produce financial reports in compliance with regulations
collect and analyze data to assess progress and measure outcomes of funded initiatives
keep stakeholders informed about upcoming grant opportunities and strategic priorities
maintain strong relationships with funders, grantees, and internal collaborators to support program continuity
apply integrated decision-making approaches to improve program effectiveness and outcomes
implement communication strategies to share updates, results, and challenges with relevant stakeholders
perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of grant-funded programs
