Presbyterian is seeking a skilled Workday Supply Chain Analyst.
The Workday Supply Chain Analyst uses analytical, technical and problem-solving skills to facilitate the delivery of the Supply Chain software development life cycle through analysis, design, development, testing and implementation. Partners with organizational stakeholders to facilitate the exchange of Supply Chain information through various channels. This role requires hands-on experience with Workday SCM configuration and business consulting, with emphasis on Procurement, Supplier Invoice (accounts payable), Expense Reimbursement & Inventory modules. This role also needs experience in business consulting to provide best practice solutions & advice to the SCM clients in designing and implementing modules within Workday.
Ideal Candidate:
A proactive and technically skilled Workday Supply Chain Analyst with hands-on experience in SCM configuration and business consulting, who excels in delivering end-to-end software lifecycle solutions and advising stakeholders on best practices across Procurement, Accounts Payable, Expense Reimbursement, and Inventory modules.
Provide consulting support to SCM stakeholders on Workday functionality, optimization, and process improvement.
Design and configure Workday SCM modules including Procurement, Accounts Payable, Expense Reimbursement, and Inventory.
Translate business requirements into configuration solutions and contribute to design documentation.
Develop and deploy custom reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support business needs.
Evaluate and transform data from source systems for downstream use and reporting accuracy.
Support Workday releases, system updates, and recommend adoption of enhancements.
Implement system security roles and ensure compliance with privacy standards.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, and analytics teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements.
Troubleshoot system issues, manage service tickets, and perform root cause analysis.
Participate in software selection, testing, and implementation of new SCM systems.
Bachelor’s degree required (Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred); six years of relevant experience may substitute for degree.
Minimum four years supporting SCM technology or business operations, with at least two years in development or system configuration.
At least two years of hands-on Workday SCM configuration experience or successful completion as a core team member in a Workday deployment.
Workday Certified/Pro Certification in SCM required within three months of hire.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (MS Access experience preferred).
Familiarity with SCM reporting systems, relational databases, and tools like Infor/Lawson and iCIMS preferred.
