Presbyterian is seeking a Family Practice RN to provide comprehensive care across the lifespan in an outpatient setting. In this role, you will manage patient assessments, administer treatments, and coordinate with providers to ensure continuity of care. Responsibilities include patient education on chronic disease management, preventive health strategies, and medication adherence. You will support clinical protocols, assist with triage and follow-up, and contribute to care planning for diverse patient populations. Maintaining clinical competency, adhering to hospital policies, and supervising ancillary staff are essential to the role. Strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to patient-centered care are key to thriving in this dynamic environment.

This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.)
Direct Patient Care: Applies the nursing process to deliver hands-on care during scheduled nurse visits, aligned with clinic staffing models.
Telephone Triage: Provides clinical assessment and guidance via phone, ensuring appropriate care pathways and timely interventions.
Medication Refill Management: Acts as a provider’s agent to manage prescription refills using established nursing protocols.
Quality & Safety: Promotes care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and centered around the patient’s needs.
