The Clinical Dietitian works closely with the medical and interdisciplinary team to provide nutrition screening and assessment, nutrition diagnosis, developing and implementing nutrition interventions, nutrition education of patients and families, and monitoring and evaluating patient progress at various stages of treatment and/or recurrence. Population served may include oncology, surgical and metabolic weight loss programs or other.
